Perfect weather, snow on the ground and large crowds were just some of the things that made the Harriston and Clifford Santa Claus parade special! This year in front of the special float carrying Santa Claus, your Minto Chamber of Commerce Elves were handing out candy canes and promoting the Minto Chamber Shopping Spree! 34 businesses from the Chambers' 140+ members participated in the shopping spree. Contest early bird winners were drawn Monday night December 1st at the Holiday Social. Winners will be announced here shortly. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn on December 15th.

The 2nd Annual Minto Chamber of Commerce Shopping Spree is in full swing! The grand prize is a $300 Minto Shopping Spree, lunch on the Chamber and a nice ride from Harriston Motors. We already gave away over $1,200 in gift certificates to over 30 Minto Chamber Member Businesses...the Grand Prize is Yet to Come. View the Early Bird Draw winners.
The Grand Prize draw will be made on December 15th at Out To Lunch at 1:30 pm!

The Minto Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for some great Christmas events in Minto throughout November and December. Our Christmas social is on December 1, 2008 and all businesses in Minto are invited! We will be drawing over $1,000 dollars in gift certificate prizes that night at the Harriston Legion. Juanita Wilkins is performing, it will be a fantastic night for all.
